I like your Terra very much. She looks cute and a bit childish. It's good for a change, since the square version (which I also like very much) makes her look elegant and sexy, just like the Amano version.
You know, above all what you did here, I love the shapes. There are so many curves here and there, even for the hair; I think that fact makes this drawing look balanced.
And just as I said in another comment, I loved the way you gave harmony to your composition by adding a simple element; in this case, a rectangle shape
